Dr. Nathan Nachlas - President and CEO

Dr. Nathan Nachlas is the Co-Founder and President of TelaMed. A Yale and Johns Hopkins–trained otolaryngologist, Dr. Nachlas is the Immediate Past President of ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida, one of the largest single-specialty private practices in the United States.

Telamed is the culmination of Dr. Nachlas’s four-decade career focused on improving the way physicians practice medicine, by creating efficient, cost-effective, and patient-centric support environments.

Jo Wells - Director of Client Services

Jo Wells brings more than three decades of experience in healthcare operations to her role at TelaMed. Prior to joining the company, she served as Chief Operating Officer of ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida for over 20 years, where she was responsible for managing the operations of one of the largest single-specialty practices in the country. In that capacity, she oversaw nearly 1,000 employees across the state, ensuring operational excellence and organizational growth.

As Director of Client Services for TelaMed, Ms. Wells leads initiatives focused on continuous quality improvement and the successful implementation of the TelaMed AI program, further advancing the company’s mission to enhance efficiency and elevate patient care.
